1. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

2. Is there any sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8.625%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Hicksville, NY . All other states are tax-exempt.

3. When will my order ship?
All online orders will ship within same day if the order is placed before 3pm EST. All other online orders will ship within 24 hours from when the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped including UPS or USPS tracking numbers.

4. How much do you charge for personalization?
Our personalization is always free. What you see in price, you will always get that price including personalization.

5. What are my shipping options?
At this time we are providing shipping option USPS OR UPS.

6. What I see in preview, do I get my final product exactly same?
Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters.  If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order. Please note, all dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007).
We personalize each gift with the font as it is PREVIEW.  You will notice font styles do vary from product to product.  This cannot be changed.  We can only personalize your gift what you see in preview.

7. What if something is out of stock?
In the rare event that a product is out of stock, we will not hold up your order. Products that are in stock will ship on schedule and we will notify you by email regarding the product that was out of stock. We do not hold a backorder unless you instruct us to do so by email.

8. Is online shopping at GiftSummit.com safe?
Yes. We want you to be comfortable shopping online, and we understand the concern about online credit card security. We take the handling of your important and sensitive personal and credit card information very seriously. To provide maximum security, we use industry standard and accepted SSL Secure Servers and Digital ID Certificate Encryption Protection technology, which automatically encrypts all information, including credit card numbers, before it leaves your web browser to travel to us across the Internet.
We also use the added security of Address Verification. There is no risk. In fact, shopping online at GiftSummit.com is statistically safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store! 9. Is there a minimum order?
None! Order 1 item or 100 items and you are assured the same quality and courteous service from GiftSummit.com.

10. What is your return policy?
If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or an immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges for GiftSummit.com must be made within 15 days from receiving date. All returns must be pre-approved by GiftSummit.com and have an MRA (merchandise return authorization) number. We are not responsible for returns without an MRA number. MRA number must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Please call us for an MRA number.

11. I received the wrong item from what I ordered. What do I do?
While we do our very best, unfortunately shipping errors do occur on rare occasion in the urgency of getting your orders out right away. If we ship you the wrong item, we will send out the replacement at our expense. Please ship the incorrectly received item back to us with an MRA number (we will send return slip) and we will ship out your correct order right away.

12. Change to the existing order?
To make changes to your order, send us an email at GiftSummit.com or call us as 1-866-927-6998. If the order has already been processed then we cannot change the existing order, however we will be glad to help you if you explain your situation. Please note, most of our order is customized and is made individually for you.

13. Cancelling an order?
You may cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed by us. To make cancel to your order, please call us at 1-866-927-6998. or email at GiftSummit.com. Please note, most of our order is customized and is made individually for you and cannot be cancelled if your order is already made.

14. Price adjustment?
we are happy to process a price adjustment for you if we reduce the price of any merchandise ( in the same color and size) that you have ordered from us within fourteen (14) days from the date that you submit your order. we offer price adjustment only for merchandise purchase at the original price. each item that you purchase from us is eligible for one (1) price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, please contact by email at GiftSummit.com or call us as 1-866-927-6998. Please have your order number and details of the merchandise when contact us. If the adjustment is legitimate then you will receive a confirmation of the price adjustment and you will receive credit with in 7 to 10 days.

15. Order confirmation?
The moment we receive your order online, you will receive and email confirmation usually within minutes. if you do not receive an email shortly after you place your order then, please call us at 1-866-927-6998. or email at GiftSummit.com before placing another order for the same merchandise.

16. Damaged or Defective Items?
if your item is damaged or has manufactured defects then please call us within three days after receiving your order. we will be happy to replace you at no extra charge. If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging and delivery then, please let us know by submitting a quick feedback so we can improve.

17. Wrong Item?
If you received a wrong item which you have not ordered then please call us within three days after receiving your order, we will be glad to ship you the replacement without any charge.

18. Item Missing from Shipping?
If you are missing items from the shipping, please check the order summary in to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same parcel. we may split your order into multiple shipments ( at no additional cost to you) because of size and shape of the items and when this happens, your order will list the separate shipments.
